Heather de la Garza has accumulated extensive experience in the construction industry, holding various titles such as Preconstruction Manager, Sr. Project Engineer, Estimator, Project Manager, and Civil Engineer and Surveying Intern. Heather has been with Albert C. Kobayashi, Inc. since May 2011 and previously worked at F.H. Paschen and IMATA & ASSOCIATES, INC. Heather graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Civil Engineering.
