Ifigenia Pedretti

Ifigenia Pedretti currently serves as the CX Enablement Manager for Genius Escalations at Albert, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this, Ifigenia held various roles at Robinhood from August 2019 to June 2023, where achievements included building a top-ranking team of licensed financial principals and developing a quality assurance program that enhanced customer service. Earlier experience includes an Operations Specialist position at Lovera Realty, delivering significant operational improvements, and roles in marketing and content design at various organizations, including America Tax Services Inc. and Soutec LLC. Ifigenia holds a degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, completed in 2017.
