Edward Both

Edward Both serves as the Directeur Talent & Organisatie (CHRO) for Albert Heijn, Etos, and Gall & Gall since September 2021, having held multiple HR leadership roles at Albert Heijn since May 2011, including HR-directeur and Senior HR Director. Prior to these positions, Edward held senior roles such as Head of Business Services and Head of Strategy at Ahold, and was the Chief Commercial Officer at ABN AMRO Insurances. Edward's early career includes significant experience as Regional Director at ABN AMRO Bank, focusing on consumer clients, as well as a role as District Manager in Retail. Edward Both holds multiple academic qualifications, including degrees in Dutch Law and Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and completed a Professional Management Programme at the International Commerce Institute in 2010.
