Frank Heemelaar

Frank Heemelaar is an experienced professional with a robust background in product management and business improvement. Currently serving as Lead Product Owner and Product Manager at Albert since August 2014, Frank has held multiple roles including Business Improvement Consultant and Team Lead in Datamanagement Support. Previously, at Ahold from January 2008 to July 2014, Frank coordinated teams as a Senior Specialist in Business Services Commerce and contributed to software development and implementation initiatives. Frank's earlier roles include senior customer support and project participation in the Business Excellence Program. An internship at RIVM focused on enhancing employee competency development, coupled with training in communication skills at Utrecht University, complemented a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Utrecht University.
