Maurice van der Maden

Maurice van der Maden currently holds the position of Shiftleider operatie at Albert Heijn since May 2018, overseeing logistics and ensuring store organization. Previously, Maurice gained experience as a Vulploeg medewerker at SOLID during a graduation internship, focusing on employee retention research, while also participating in events like Mysteryland and Defqon. A P&O stagiair at Het Concertgebouw from February 2022 to January 2023, Maurice concentrated on recruitment and the transition to the cao Nederlandse Podia. Additionally, Maurice completed an HR internship at TivoliVredenburg, gaining exposure to various HR operational tasks. Maurice is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at Hogeschool Leiden and recently undertook a minor in Business at TecnoCampus, with a prior education in music pedagogy and an economy-focused HAVO diploma.
