Sarah Ruiz

Sarah Ruiz-Baranov is a seasoned educator and leader with extensive experience in adoption management, teaching, and team development. Currently serving as the Director of Adoption at Albert | Learn By Doing, Sarah has previously held multiple roles within the adoption team. Prior experience includes serving as Math Department Head and Teacher at Fulton County Schools, where Sarah led training sessions for 34 employees and significantly improved student performance in math and reading. As a Corps Member for Teach For America, Sarah participated in a rigorous training program and engaged in continuous professional development. Sarah's earlier career includes management roles in the food and beverage industry, where notable achievements include increasing revenue and reducing employee turnover.
