Ron Padayas has over 28 years of experience in the information technology sector, with a career spanning multiple roles and companies. Currently serving as the Director of IT Claims, Enterprise Applications, and PMO at Alberta Blue Cross since May 2005, Ron has demonstrated leadership and expertise in managing complex IT projects and applications. Prior to this, Ron worked as a Developer and Technical Lead at ADC Software Systems / Saville Systems from 1997 to 2004, and began a career as a Software Developer at Amador Business Computers from May 1995 to 1997.
