Kiren Singh

Kiren Singh, CFA MBA ICD.D, currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Alberta Cancer Foundation and as a Director on the Board of Computer Modelling Group Ltd. Additionally, Kiren is a Co-Founder of Haskalife and chairs the Audit Committee for the Board of Directors at Pieridae Energy Limited. Previous board roles include Chair of the Finance and Risk Committee at Dynamic Risk Assessment Systems, Inc., and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Agriculture Financial Services Corporation. Kiren held senior leadership positions including Executive Vice President, Risk Management and Treasurer at Gibson Energy, and Executive Vice President and Treasurer at OPTI Canada. Kiren's educational background includes an ICD.D from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, an MBA in Risk Management and Finance from the Haskayne School of Business, and additional studies in Mergers and Acquisitions at Stanford University, The University of Chicago, and The Wharton School.
