Cindy Fung

Cindy Fung is a Senior Modelling Engineer at AESO, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at AltaLink from December 2015 to September 2023, including Senior System Operations Engineer, System Operations Engineer, and SCADA Design Engineer. Prior to AltaLink, Cindy served as a SCADA Engineer at SNC-Lavalin from December 2012 to November 2015, and worked as an Analog Designer at AMD from October 2011 to November 2012. Earlier experience also includes a role as a CDMA RF Parametric Test Engineer at Research In Motion from May 2009 to April 2010. Cindy holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Energy and Environment) from the University of Calgary, earned between 2015 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto, completed from 2006 to 2011.
