Janie Olsen

Janie Olsen is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in change, configuration, and release management across various organizations. Since February 2018, Janie has served as a Senior IT Release Change & Configuration Analyst at AESO, focusing on the review and collaboration of IT environment changes in compliance with operational and regulatory standards. Prior to that, Janie held roles at DXC Technology as an IT Change Manager/Incident Controller, contributing to significant projects with the Government of Alberta. Janie's extensive experience also includes positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, and EDS Group, where responsibilities ranged from managing tier 1 service desk functions to providing second-level desktop support for a large user base. Janie's career began at SHL Systemhouse, where foundational IT skills were developed in service desk operations.
