Melissa Marcil

Melissa Marcil is an experienced project manager with a robust background in IT infrastructure and digital asset management. Currently contracted with AESO since November 2020, Melissa manages multiple IT-related projects such as SQL and RHEL upgrades. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at the University of Calgary overseeing the implementation of a new digital asset management application and Project Manager at Suncor Energy, directing critical cross-functional integration projects. Additional project management experience spans various organizations, including FortisAlberta and AltaLink, where leadership in significant system upgrades and change management initiatives was provided. Melissa's educational credentials include degrees in Business Analysis and Public Relations from Mount Royal University and a course in Prosci Change Management.
