Toks Fatimehin

Toks Fatimehin is an experienced consultant specializing in Organizational Change Management, currently serving at AESO since February 2022. With a solid background in change management roles across various organizations, Toks has worked with the Alberta Energy Regulator as a Senior Change Management Consultant and previously as an Organizational Change Management Lead focusing on significant projects such as Windows 10 upgrades and cloud transformation. Toks’s expertise includes stakeholder engagement, leadership coaching, and developing change management strategies, with a proven track record of successfully implementing enterprise-wide initiatives in diverse industries including retail and aviation. Toks holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and has furthered education at Mount Royal University and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
