Margaret L.c. Lu

Margaret L.C. Lu is a Senior Consultant in Organizational Change Management Advisory at Avanade since September 2022, with a diverse background in advocacy, athletics, and business management. Lu serves as an Athlete Ambassador for the Women’s Sports Foundation and a Pro Ambassador for Athlete Ally, promoting LGBTQ+ equality and the positive impacts of sports on leadership and health. As a former semi-professional fencer for USA Fencing and an internationally recognized athlete, Lu has achieved significant accolades including a World Championship title and multiple national championships. Previous roles include managing global corporate partnerships at Global Citizen and serving as an underwriting analyst at AIG, showcasing a strong ability in client relations and project management. Lu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Management from Columbia University.
