Dilshan Andrew Goonetilleke

Dilshan Andrew Goonetilleke is an experienced supply chain and procurement professional with a strong background in strategic IT procurement and supplier management. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Specialist at the Alberta Energy Regulator since August 2022, Goonetilleke previously held roles as a Senior IT Sourcing Specialist at Enbridge and a Procurement Specialist (Information Technology) at AER. With a history of managing procurement at Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd as a Senior Manager and at IBM World Trade Corporation as the sole Procurement Specialist in Sri Lanka, Goonetilleke has demonstrated expertise in supplier selection, contract negotiation, and the implementation of procurement best practices. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business in Supply Chain & Logistics Management from Victoria University and a Bachelor of Business in Business Studies from Charles Sturt University.
