Kyla Hamm

Kyla Hamm, BComn, is a seasoned Health and Safety professional currently serving as a Health and Safety Advisor at the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) since January 2021. In this role, Kyla provides technical advice on the AER’s Health & Safety Management System and ensures compliance with Occupational Health & Safety and Workers’ Compensation Board legislation. Prior to joining AER, Kyla held positions at Tundra Process Solutions as a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor and Service & HSE Administrator, where initiatives like workplace wellness programs were implemented. Additional experience includes roles in event management and client relations, with educational credentials including a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Mount Royal University and an ongoing Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of New Brunswick.
