Winnie Chan

Winnie Chan is a Senior Regulatory Design Specialist at the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER), with a tenure beginning in March 2014. Previous roles at AER include Senior Industrial Engineer, IDA Business Lead, and Industrial Engineer. Prior to joining AER, Winnie Chan served as an EPEA Industrial Engineer with the Government of Alberta from November 2007 to March 2014. Winnie Chan holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil - Environmental Engineering from the University of Alberta.
