Joshua Wolchansky

Joshua Wolchansky has extensive experience in public service and community engagement. Currently serving as the District Representative for the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues and a Board Member on the EFCL Board of Directors since February 2023, Joshua has been with the Government of Alberta since July 2012, holding various roles including Issues Manager in the Advanced Education Deputy Minister's Office. In addition to governmental roles, Joshua volunteers as the Director of Entertainment for Fruit Loop, planning major fundraising events for the Edmonton LGBTQ2+ community. Joshua also ran as a candidate for Edmonton City Council in Ward O-day'min in 2021. Educationally, Joshua holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Codarts Rotterdam.
