Laura Arango

Laura Arango is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for the Government of Alberta since August 2024. Previously, Laura worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Neighbourly Pharmacy from August 2022 to August 2024, and at PTI Transformers from January 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing the full employee lifecycle, performance management, and employee engagement. Earlier in Laura's career, a position as a Human Resources Coordinator and a Recruitment Specialist at Seguros Bolivar involved end-to-end recruitment processes for managerial positions and effective talent management. Laura holds a Certificate in Applied Human Resources Management from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Los Andes.
