Chelsea Tolppanen

Chelsea Tolppanen currently serves as Legal Counsel at the Alberta Securities Commission since April 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Litigation Associate and Articling Student at Bennett Jones from June 2022 to April 2024, and as a Summer Law Student at the same firm in 2021, as well as at Alberta Justice and Solicitor General in 2020. Chelsea also held the position of Program Coordinator for the Students for Literacy program at the University of Calgary Students' Union from August 2018 to April 2019, where responsibilities included volunteer management and fundraising event organization.
