Gerry Romanzin

Gerry Romanzin is a seasoned finance and market oversight professional currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Market Oversight at the Alberta Securities Commission since August 2019. Prior to this role, Gerry held the position of Director at Crescent Point Energy from 2005 until June 2019, where responsibilities included serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee and being a member of the Reserves Committee. Additionally, Gerry was a Director at Trimac Transportation from 2005 to June 2016, also acting as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Previously, Gerry served as Executive Vice-President at the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange from January 1987 to April 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Calgary and membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta (ICAA).
