As Senior Legal Counsel at Alberta Securities Commission since April 2024, Jennifer leads the Market Regulation Division. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Parex Resources, focusing on business development and legal risk management, and positions at TC Energy, Suncor Energy, Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, and Lehman Brothers, where Jennifer provided legal advice across various financial sectors. Jennifer began the legal career as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP after earning a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from McGill University.
