Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) is responsible for steering the organization’s strategic direction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a fair and efficient capital market. Led by the Chair and Chief Executive Officer, the team includes the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Accountant, who collaborate to oversee financial management, information systems, and accounting standards within the ASC.
