Aravind Chamakura is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and machine learning across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Personalization & ML Platform at Albertsons Companies since July 2022, Aravind previously held the position of Principal Engineer at Shipt and Technology Leader at Albertsons Companies. Additionally, Aravind has experience as an Engineering Leader for Personalization and Recommendation Systems at Macy's, where a real-time personalization and machine learning platform was developed on Google Cloud. Previous roles include Management positions at Publicis Sapient, where enterprise architecture for large e-commerce applications was designed, and a consultancy role at Ascend Technology Inc. Aravind began a career as a Systems Analyst at International Paper after completing an MBA in E-commerce & Software Project Management at the Indian School of Business Management & Administration.
