Gene Tierney

Gene Tierney has extensive experience in transportation and logistics management, currently serving as the Director of Transportation Operations at Albertsons Companies since February 2016. This role involves overseeing annual capital planning, fleet equipment specification, and the maintenance and repair of fleet operations on a companywide basis. Prior to Albertsons, Gene worked as the Global Category Manager for Transportation & Logistics at XChanging Services, Inc., where responsibilities included optimizing clients' supply chains. Gene's background includes significant roles at Kraft Foods Group, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from Global Procurement to managing import requirements and overseeing the Kraft Private Fleet.
