Sean Ritchie

Sean Ritchie is a seasoned logistics and transportation professional with extensive experience in leading operations and process improvements across various industries. Currently serving as the Transportation Reliable Execution Lead for Cargill since February 2015, Sean oversees North American operations for transportation and logistics, focusing on freight management and shipment execution. Prior to this role, Sean held multiple senior positions at Bayer MaterialScience from 1999 to 2015, including Director of Logistics Operations and Head of the Supply Chain Center of Experts, where responsibilities included managing logistics professionals, improving supply chain processes, and leading optimization projects. Early career experience at Crowley Maritime involved quality and safety management and logistics operations supervision. Sean holds an M.B.A. from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
