Ivy Au is an experienced supply chain and IT professional with a robust background in Infor M3 ERP implementations and management. Currently serving as an Infor M3 Consultant at Albertsons Companies, Ivy leads supply chain initiatives for food and beverage implementations, focusing on system configuration, data conversion, and user training. Previously, Ivy worked at Wipro as an Associate Consultant, executing large-scale ERP deployments across the U.S. and Canada and providing extensive user support. Ivy's tenure at Emmi Group as a Supply Chain Project Manager included leading global ERP roll-outs and acting as a subject matter expert in supply chain functionalities. With earlier experience at Albertsons as an IT Business Systems Analyst, Ivy played a key role in overhauling legacy systems across multiple manufacturing plants and enhancing user training and support. Ivy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
