Mike Nevin

Mike Nevin is an accomplished construction executive with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale projects within the retail sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Albertsons Companies since August 2021, Nevin manages a $1 billion capital plan that includes new store developments valued at approximately $200 million. Previous roles include Senior Director of New Store & Fuel Construction at 7-Eleven, where Nevin led the successful opening of over 320 new stores across North America in 2020, and Senior Director of Construction at Southeastern Grocers, directing multiple teams in retail facility projects. Nevin's career also includes positions at Public Storage, Save-A-Lot, SuperValu, Northview Construction, and Engineered Structures, Inc., where responsibilities spanned project management, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination. Nevin holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Idaho.
