Arnie Owsley

Arnie Owsley currently serves as Vice President of Construction at Aypa Power, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this, Arnie held a similar role at RWE Clean Energy from March 2023 to August 2024. Arnie's extensive experience includes over eleven years at Con Edison Development, where roles included Director of Field Operations for the West Region and Program Manager Construction, overseeing construction activities for utility-grade solar facilities across California. Earlier in the career, Arnie worked with Florida Power and Light/Nextera Energy as Start Up and Commissioning Manager for the Martin Co. Hybrid Solar Energy Facility and was the President and CEO of Quality Environmental and Technologies from April 1998 to April 2008.
