Miki V. serves as the Sr. Director of Enterprise Talent Management and Leadership Development at Albertsons Companies, where leadership in enterprise-level talent initiatives has enhanced organizational performance and engagement within the Fortune 100 company since April 2020. Previously, Miki revolutionized division HR operations for a workforce of 10,000 employees and held significant HR roles at Pacific Life, Taco Bell, Yum! Brands, MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., and T-Mobile, focusing on driving growth, managing change, and improving talent management processes. Miki holds an M.A. in Adult Education & Training from Seattle University and a B.A. in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Idaho, and currently serves as Chair Elect for The Idaho Foodbank.
