Monique Lanaux is the Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Officer at Albertsons Companies since October 2020, previously holding the positions of GVP, Chief Talent & Diversity Officer and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior experience includes roles at PepsiCo as Senior Director of Global Diversity & Engagement from January 2019 to October 2020 and several leadership positions at Frito-Lay from April 2007 to January 2019, culminating as Senior Director of Human Resources. Monique Lanaux began a career in human resources at Frito-Lay, progressing through various roles from Regional Human Resources Manager to Human Resources Representative between 2005 and 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Metropolitan Studies from New York University.
