Suzanne Long serves as the Chief Sustainability and Transformation Officer at Albertsons Companies, driving the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy while transforming engagement with over 250,000 frontline associates. With a robust history of leadership roles at Albertsons, including Group Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and ESG, Group Vice President of Business Improvement, and Vice President of Corporate Initiatives, Suzanne has successfully overseen significant cost savings, managed complex merger integrations, and optimized sourcing strategies for a substantial Own Brands portfolio. Prior experience includes consulting roles at SFL Consulting, LLC, and SSA & Company, as well as operational leadership at SUPERVALU and foundational consulting at Accenture. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University.
