Howard C. Fero

Howard C. Fero, PhD, is a prominent keynote speaker, facilitator, trainer, executive coach, and author with extensive experience in leadership development since 2002 at The Leadership Doc. In addition, Dr. Fero has served as Director for the MA in Leadership and MS in Management and Organizational Leadership programs at Albertus Magnus College since 2003, emphasizing a relational and inclusive approach to leadership. Dr. Fero holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, and a BA in Psychology/Marketing from Hofstra University.
