Prior experience includes serving as Rights Manager at Mercure de France, where Pauline independently managed foreign, cinema, and secondary rights while participating in significant book fairs and negotiations. Earlier roles include Rights Assistant at Éditions Denoël, participation in the Paris-Frankfort Fellowship, and internships in editorial and bookselling positions. Pauline holds a Master's degree in Book Commercialization from Université Paris 13 and a Bachelor's degree in Literature and Publishing from Université Paris Cité.
