Kelly Finn

Kelly Finn is the current Chief of Staff at Albion College. Prior to their current role, Kelly held the position of Program Manager at The Swearer Center at Brown University and Senior Consultant at Beautycounter. In 2015, Kelly interned with Capital Roots (formerly Capital District Community Gardens) as a Regional Food Assessment Intern.

Kelly is a skilled facilitator with a passion for inter-organizational collaboration and excellence. Kelly has a proven track record of success in managing financial, administrative, and project functions. As Chief of Staff, they are the President’s confidential advisor and thought partner, representing the President both internally and externally.

Kelly’s experience in student development and their work with regional food assessments have equipped their with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their role as Chief of Staff at Albion College.

Kelly Finn has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Siena College, a MSED in Higher Education Leadership and Administration from The College of Saint Rose, and certification from Crossroads Soul Resources and ATIXA.

Their manager is Joseph Calvaruso, Interim President. They are on a team with Marc Newman - VP, Institutional Advancement, Leroy Wright - VP, Student Development, Dean of Students, and Gary Black - Chief Financial Officer.
