Paula Triggs

Paula Triggs is currently serving as the Executive Assistant to Jan Swartz, EVP of Strategic Operations at Carnival Corporation since June 2023. Previously, Triggs was the Executive Assistant to the Group President of the Holland America Group at Princess Cruises from September 2020 to June 2023, providing comprehensive administrative support across multiple cruise brands. Triggs has an extensive background at Princess Cruises, holding various roles including Employee Programs and Events Specialist in both the Communications and HR departments, as well as Executive Assistant to senior executives. Prior experience includes positions at St. Jude Medical and Allied-Signal Aerospace, where Triggs provided high-level administrative support. Triggs holds a Project Management Professional certification and has degrees in Social Sciences and Travel Agency Competence from institutions in the UK and the United States.
