Katherine Marti

Katherine Marti is a Director in the firm’s Health practice, where she supports clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries through project management, research, and strategy development.

Ms. Marti has previously held roles in the firm’s Global Innovation and Growth Group, where she supported the identification and launch of new service offerings and sectors and supported innovative client mandates. In this capacity, she helped to shape and launch the firm’s dispute resolution offering, supported the growth of the firm’s footprint in transaction advisory and investment, supported the Health Solutions team, and served clients in the health and life sciences space. Ms. Marti also supported strategy development and operations for the team.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Marti worked as a management consultant at Eagle Hill Consulting, where she supported Fortune 50 clients with innovation strategy, digital transformation, and change management. She also worked as an associate at Springboard Enterprises, an accelerator specializing in women-led health start-ups.

Ms. Marti graduated cum laude from the George Washington University School of Business with B.S. in Finance and Economics and minor in statistics, where she wrote her capstone on the role of geopolitical risk in investment decisions. She also holds a certification in Customer Experience (CX) from Forrester.

Ms. Marti is based in Washington, D.C.
