Julia Berman

Julia Berman has extensive work experience in business development and marketing roles within the legal and healthcare sectors. Julia began their career as a Senior Specialist at the American College of Cardiology in 2011. Following that, they worked as a Client Relations Coordinator at Baker Botts in 2013. Julia then joined Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in 2014, where they started as a Business Development Coordinator and later became a Business Development Manager for Litigation. In 2016, they moved on to Cozen O'Connor as a Senior Marketing Manager. Julia returned to Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in 2017, this time as a Senior Business Development Manager. Most recently, they have been employed at McDermott Will & Emery, initially as a Senior Market Manager in the Health & Life Sciences sector, and currently as an Associate Director in Business Development for the same industry.

Julia Berman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Yellow Belt in Legal Lean Sigma® and Project Management from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute.
