Jarrod Clarke

Jarrod Clarke is an experienced legal and governance professional currently serving as the Executive Manager of Risk, Legal and Governance and Company Solicitor at Indie Education since July 2022. With a robust background in law, Jarrod has held significant positions including Senior Lawyer and Lawyer at Mahoneys, General Manager at Adpen Strata, and Senior Body Corporate Manager at Archers - The Strata Professionals. Jarrod's expertise also extends to previous roles at Ernst Body Corporate Management, Fair Work Commission, Turner Freeman Lawyers, Caxton Legal Centre, and Illuminated Industries. Jarrod holds a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and dual Bachelor's degrees in Laws and Business from Griffith University, complemented by a Diploma of Justice Administration from TAFE Queensland.
