Jillian Fitzpatrick

Jillian Fitzpatrick currently serves as a Senior Patient Recruiter at Alcanza Clinical Research since October 2023. Previously, Jillian held the role of Healthcare Recruiter at Professional Healthcare Consultants from April 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included recruiting nurses, CNAs, and MedAides for multiple facilities while managing staffing for fifty to seventy-five employees. Additional experience includes bartending roles at Blockade Runner Beach Resort and Garibaldi Trattoria, as well as ownership of DogWood by Jillian and project management for CheerLyfe, LLC. Jillian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Springfield College and ongoing studies toward a Master of Science in Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University.
