Rami AlKashef, PMP, currently serves as Framework Manager at ALCAT Contracting Company, a subsidiary of ZAD Holding Company, since September 2020, focusing on Ashghal projects related to roads operations and maintenance in Qatar. Prior to this role, Rami worked as a Senior Lead Engineer at the Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ from October 2017 to September 2020, leading emergency operation and maintenance teams and managing project handovers. Rami gained early experience as a trainee on the Water Mega Reservoir Project Package C with Consolidated Contractors International Company in mid-2017 and also worked part-time at Qatar University's Hospitality and Events Unit between December 2013 and August 2014. Rami holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Qatar University, completed in 2017, and graduated from Al Wakra Independent Secondary School in 2012.
