Katy Bevan

Katy Bevan is an experienced operations leader at United Utilities, serving as Operations Manager since September 2014 and overseeing the operations and maintenance of rainwater management interventions, including Sustainable Drainage Systems and Nature Based Solutions. Katy also has held roles as Programme Delivery Manager, where financial management and routine maintenance activities across wastewater network assets were key responsibilities, and Work Planning Manager, where team management and operational efficiency were prioritized. Starting with a competitive graduate scheme after completing a BSc (Hons) in Practical Conservation at The University of Salford, Katy has progressively developed expertise in strategic thinking, leadership, and project management. Early career experience includes a 10-week internship as a Wastewater Analyst.
