Philippe Gehin

Philippe GEHIN, CPIM, CSCP, has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Operations Transformations & PMO at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise since September 2004. Philippe has led the transformation of the Global Operations organization, implementing a Digital Supply Network and achieving significant operational improvements through the deployment of a supply chain digital twin. Prior roles include Flow & Procurement Manager, overseeing the global supply chain for product delivery, and Flow Manager, managing the make-to-order process. Philippe's earlier positions at Alcatel Business Systems and Alcatel Optronics involved logistics, warehouse management, and production management, leading teams in complex environments. Philippe began the career in the mobile phone industry at Alcatel Mobile Phone Division, playing a crucial role in scaling production operations. Philippe holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I).
