Sebastien Baudribos

Sebastien Baudribos has extensive work experience in the customer care and technology industry. Sebastien has worked for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise since 1997, starting as a Senior Technical Specialist and eventually becoming the Director of Customer Care and VP Customer Care. In these roles, they have been responsible for the management of customer care teams and overseeing the customer care department for various divisions, focusing on network products, unified communication products, and software applications. Sebastien has also held the position of Director of Knowledge Management at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Additionally, Sebastien has co-founded two companies, U-Race and Starship Laser, in Lomme and Lille respectively.

Sebastien Baudribos has a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Informatic Network and Software Programming from the University of Strasbourg, which they obtained in 2005. Sebastien also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lycée Louis Couffignal, obtained in 1997, and a High School Diploma (Baccalaureat) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lycée Marc Bloch, obtained in 1995. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, such as Business Ethics, Leading Strategically, The Six Morning Habits of High Performers, Strategic Thinking, Becoming Indistractable, Project Management Foundations, Marketing Foundations, Big Data Foundations, Delivering Bad News to a Customer, Edge Analytics: IoT and Data Science, Six Sigma Foundations, and Certified Support Staff Excellence Center - Level 1 and Level 2. The years of obtaining these certifications range from 2019 to 2023. Sebastien has obtained these certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn and the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA).
