David Vucich has over 35 years of work experience in the software engineering field. David began their career in 1984 as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Lockheed Martin Corp., where they developed software and integrated equipment for extensive testing of infrared sensors in a low temperature environmental chamber, as well as software for the real-time control of sensors and antennas on an unmanned aerial vehicle. In 1999, they joined Wytec Inc. as a Software Engineer and Software Manager, where they developed software to control and monitor LMDS hardware. In 2004, they moved to Rockwell Collins as a Software Engineer, where they developed system bring up and diagnostic software for a system with a Motorola PowerPC 7400 series CPU, Marvell Discovery II system controller, and a number of peripherals. In 2005, they joined TE Connectivity as an Embedded Software Engineer, where they selected various hardware components for new products with good performance and low cost. David then moved to Verizon in 2014 as a Principal Engineer Software Development, where they maintained and developed embedded software for networking, WiFi, utility type power metering, power relay control, and street light control. David currently works as an Embedded Software Engineer at Alcatraz AI since 2019.

David Vucich obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Purdue University Northwest in 1980, after attending from 1976. David then attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a Master's Degree in Math. Additionally, they hold a Private Pilot License.
