George Mishev has had an extensive work experience in the IT field. George began their career in 2011 as a NOC engineer at Cooolbox, where they were responsible for monitoring the backbone network using monitoring tools, troubleshooting level 1 and level 2 issues, and leading and coordinating the actions of the field support. In 2012, they joined IBM as an IT specialist, providing remote and desk-side support for Windows 7, native and internal applications, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux native and internal applications, as well as managing assets. From 2013 to 2020, George worked as a DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, and Corporate IT Administrator at Paysafe Group. Most recently, they have been a DevOps Engineer at Alcatraz since 2020.
George Mishev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia between 2009 and 2014. In 2013, they also completed a Linux Administrator program from the Telerik Academy. In 2016, they obtained a MapR Certified Cluster Administrator 5.1 (MCCA) certification from MapR Technologies.
