J. Nathan Kutz

J. Nathan Kutz has had a long and successful career in academia. J. Nathan began their career in 1998 when they became a Professor of Applied Mathematics, Physics, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Washington. In 2003, they became a Visiting Professor at Columbia University in the City of New York. In 2012, they were a Fellow of the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Studies, Harvard University. In 2017, they Co-Founded Alchemai, and served as a Technical Consultant on Machine Learning and AI.

J. Nathan Kutz's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Washington (1986-1990), a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Sciences and Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University (1990-1994), an Institute for Mathematics and its Applications from the University of Minnesota (1994-1995), and a Postdoc in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Princeton University (1995-1997).
