Maya Kolaska

Maya Kolaska has a variety of work experience in different roles and industries. Maya began their career as an Analyst at Tesco PLC in 2011, where they investigated data relating to agile improvements in IT processes. Maya then worked as a Business Analyst at Tesco PLC in 2012. In 2013, Maya interned as an Audit Intern at KPMG UK, where they completed detailed work as part of a team to ensure clients' financial accounts were accurate.

Maya also worked as a Mathematics Tutor for IB Revision Courses at Lanterna Education in 2013. In 2014, they interned as a Business Analyst at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. Maya also worked as an English Language Assistant at the British Council from 2014 to 2015.

From 2015 to 2021, Maya had various roles at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, starting as a Graduate Consultant, then becoming a Business Consultant, and later a Principal Consultant. During this time, they gained experience in consulting and advisory roles.

Most recently, Maya worked at Alchemmy, starting as a Senior Manager in 2021 and later being promoted to Associate Director in 2022.

Maya Kolaska attended the University of Nottingham from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained an MSci degree in Natural Sciences with a focus on Mathematics and Chemistry. Prior to their university education, Maya attended Hockerill Anglo-European College and later the Perse School for Girls.

In addition to their formal education, Maya has obtained several certifications including the Better Business Cases Practitioner certification from APMG International, the International Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and the SAFe 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
