Chief Food Fighter and Co-founder at Alchemy Foodtech

Verleen Goh has significant work experience in the food industry, focusing on developing innovative products and strategies. From 2015 to the present, as the Chief Food Fighter and Co-founder of Alchemy Foodtech Pte. Ltd., Verleen utilizes food science and technology to combat epidemic diseases caused by food and lifestyle choices, with a particular focus on diabetes. In 2012, as the Co-founder and CEO of Soyato Foods International Pte. Ltd., Verleen successfully created a vegan, low calorie, low fat ice cream in various flavors. Additionally, Verleen launched a new line of vegan ice cream cups called "Puchi," specifically targeting schools for children's consumption.

Verleen Goh completed their secondary education at Victoria Junior College from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they attended the National University of Singapore from 2006 to 2010 where they obtained their Bachelor's degree with Honors in Food Science and Technology. Additionally, in 2008, Verleen participated in the Overseas Exchange Program at Kyushu University.
