Charlotte Duce has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and operations support. Charlotte began their career at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, where they initially worked as a Customer Service Advisor from September 2015 to December 2017. Charlotte then transitioned to the role of Operations Support Officer from December 2017 to October 2022, before taking on the position of Senior Operations Support Officer from January 2019 to October 2022.
