Lal Hussain MSc., MBA

Lal Hussain has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lal began their career at AG Solutions (A Fujitsu Company) as a Problem Manager. Afterward, they worked at Sendo International, where they served as the Manager of IT Services and later as the Manager of Global Group Infrastructure.

In 2005, Lal joined Motorola Mobility and held multiple positions during their tenure, including Account Relationship Manager EMEA, Manager of Global Production Control, Manager of Global IT Service Assurance, and Director of Global IT Service Delivery.

In 2012, Lal moved on to Insight, where they held the role of Director of Global IT Applications until 2020. Following this, they joined Alchemy Global Solutions as the Vice President of Global Security & Technology. Within the same company, they also served as the Chief Technology Officer, Interim CISO, and UK General Manager.

Lal's extensive experience in various technology and leadership roles demonstrates their expertise in IT services, global infrastructure, and security.

Lal Hussain MSc., MBA has a diverse educational background and a strong focus on security and risk management. In 1996, Lal Hussain obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Wolverhampton, with a specialization in physiology, chemistry, haematology, and genetics.

Following this, Lal Hussain pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computing Science from Staffordshire University. The degree, completed in 1999, covered various subjects such as architecture, solution design, databases, infrastructure, programming, and project management.

In 2015, Lal Hussain obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Aston Business School, concentrating on strategy, marketing, leadership, finance, accounting, and operations.

Currently, Lal Hussain is pursuing a Doctor of Security and Risk Management (DSyRM) degree at the University of Portsmouth. Lal Hussain's research interests are in the field of organizational resilience and crisis management.

In addition to the academic degrees, Lal Hussain has earned several certifications. These include the ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in April 2020, as well as the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, earned in March 2019. Lal Hussain has also achieved various intermediate and foundation certificates in IT service management and related fields from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.

Furthermore, Lal Hussain has pursued professional development through additional certifications. Currently, Lal Hussain is expected to complete Level 4 Certificate in Risk, Crisis & Disaster Management from PerpetuityARC Training in July 2021, and Level 5 Certificate in Business Continuity Management from SFJ Awards in September 2021.
